A medically supervised weight loss program designed to help you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Why Is Weight Loss
Important?

Excessive body weight is associated with various diseases – particularly heart disease, type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis. Because of this obesity has been associated with reduced life expectancy.

Did you know that by losing just 5-10% of your current body weight you are 50% less likely to progress to diabetes, heart disease, stroke and certain kinds of cancer?

Weight loss can also reduce joint stress/pain and improve physical mobility, energy and self-image.
