InSight’s objective is to do more than just provide evidence-based treatment for someone who has experienced psychosis for the first time. This intervention hopes to prevent worsening of symptoms, prevent future episodes of psychosis, build one’s skillset and travel alongside them on their journey towards recovery so they can achieve the life that they desire.
Early detection, treatment, and intervention is key to a better quality of life!
Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) is a term used to describe a team-based model of services for individuals experiencing their first episode of psychosis. These members are specially trained in working with individuals who have experienced their first episode of psychosis.
A referral can be made by any person who believes this program would be the right fit for someone who has had their first episode psychosis.
